How much does a wedding with Your Perfect Story cost?

We work in four tiers — Basic, Premium, Elite, and a fully custom build — and we do not publish prices, because the right number depends on your dates, how many events and days we are covering, the team size, and what you want delivered. Share your dates on WhatsApp, we will have a short call, and you will get a written, itemised quote for your wedding.

How does payment work?

A 30% advance holds your date. The rest is paid in flexible instalments, settled before the wedding. Nothing is due after the day itself.

What do we actually receive?

Between 500 and 1,000-plus edited photographs, a premium album, a private digital gallery to share with family, a 4K cinematic film and a highlight reel, and Instagram reels — depending on the tier. Drone, 360° VR, live streaming, a same-day edit are available where you want them.

When do we get our photographs, film and album?

Edited photographs within 7–14 days of the wedding. The film within 30 days. Albums 20 days after selection.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak wedding season, 6–9 months ahead is a good rule of thumb — good dates fill up early. That said, message us even for a near date. We will check availability honestly rather than string you along.

Do you travel outside Chennai?

Yes. The studio is in Anna Nagar West, Chennai, and we are also in Coimbatore. Beyond that we photograph across South India and travel for destination weddings wherever the celebration happens — tell us the location and dates and we will work out logistics together.

Which traditions do you photograph?

Tamil, Telugu and North Indian weddings, most often — and we make a point of understanding the specific rituals and their timings beforehand, so nothing that matters to your family is missed.

What is the difference between your photography and film coverage?

Photography captures the day in still frames — rituals, portraits, candid moments. The film is a separate, cinematic record of how the day felt, with a highlight reel you can send to everyone the next morning. Most couples book both, but either works on its own.

Can we see a full wedding, not just highlights, before booking?

The larger galleries on this site run to several hundred photographs and are close to the full day; a few smaller ones are selected frames rather than the complete wedding. Ask us and we will walk you through a full wedding from first frame to last, and share a film.

How many photographers and videographers will be at our wedding?

Team size depends on your event scale and what you are booking — we recommend the right size for your wedding once we understand your day, not a one-size default.
